What to do following a diagnosis
A Free community workshop
Thursday, August 22nd, 6-7:30 pm
A diagnosis of a progressive condition such as Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s Disease can derail the whole family’s sense of stability. Cognitive decline makes sound decision-making so much harder and has legal ramifications. Amelia Crotwell, JD, owner and founder of Elder Law of East Tennessee, PLLC, helps families overcome the legal, financial, long term care, and health care challenges associated with aging and disability. She will be discussing the legal and care planning for the person with a progressive disease as well as the importance of care for family caregivers. She will also touch on the five most important legal documents everyone should have.
This is a free community event. Please let us know you are coming by calling 865.377.3924 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Hope Springs is located at 4036 Gap Road, Koxville, TN 37912.
